Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase via the order confirmation email and/or My Account → Downloads.

If you don’t see your download, check spam/junk first, then contact us.

Physical Products

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Typical delivery estimates (after processing):

• U.S.: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies widely)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

You’re responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim or figure out next steps.
